Project Information
The upgrade to an existing Grade-B building along with its modern extension creates an inspiring educational environment for pupils, along with exceptional nursery and community facilities.
We demolished several extensions that had been added to the original building, but now required a high level of maintenance and were inefficient in both layout and running costs. This made way for the extensive refurbishment and new build which is arranged around a courtyard setting. A vennel improves circulation between buildings, and keeps the education and community facilities separate.
The new classrooms have floor-to-ceiling windows, creating bright and modern learning spaces. A multi-use games area, courtyard, roof terrace and extensive playing fields offer fantastic physical activity and outdoor learning opportunities.
